12th Malaysia General Election was held on 8 March 2008 and the nomination day on 24 February 2008.
This is my first time to attend the election and i already registered as a qualify voter. As a technical team member of malaysiakini, I was proud to work with my team member especially during the Election Day because all of us need to work very closely to get the job done with excellent. However it was very pressure during the election time but I was enjoyed it.
On 13 February 2008, our Prime Minister Abdullah Ahmad Badawi announced the dissolution of the Parliament. This announcement had make all Malaysians excited especially our Malaysia parties. All the Malaysia’s parties were busy on promoting themselves to the public to get more votes from voters. We can also see a lot of flags surrounding us especially the branches of each party. Candidates from each party are now very active to walk around at his/her seat to build up a better relationship with the voters and by the time give his/her pledge to the voters about the improvement and development of the particular places. But among the pledge of each winner, what did we get after the election and how many of them are follow their pledge to fulfill the voters need. There are too many stuff which we cannot understand were occurring during the election days. If a candidate unable to fulfill the needs of voters, why they still want to make the pledges? Deceit is not a good characteristic for a candidate who going to mange our country, serve and put people in priority and they are the key person to build up a peace and harmony country.
As a voter, we must truly understand the important of our vote in election and must be conscious to vote for the candidates who are competence to take the opportunity to do a good job to people and also to this country.
If you do not know your polling center, please check with the box below or you can go to http://www.undi.info to get the details.

A few months ago, we rounded up some of the fastest DDR3 memory kits that were available and came away impressed by how well frequencies and performance had scaled in the short time since DDR3 had been introduced on the desktop. Since that article was published, however, not much has changed on the DDR3 front in terms of overall performance. 1800MHz kits are still the cream of the crop and the latency of the top kits hasn’t dropped below CAS 7. The landscape has changed a bit though, thanks to ever dropping prices, maturity, and some newly introduced features.
At the time our round-up was published, we praised one of Corsair’s kits in particular, the TWIN3X2048 - 1800C7D, for its strong performance, overclockability, and excellent cooling solution. In this article, we’re going to take a look at an update to that kit, the TWIN3X2048-1800C7DFIN G, that offers support for Intel’s Extreme Memory Profiles. If you’re unfamiliar with Extreme Memory Profiles, think of them as Intel’s DDR3 equivalent to NVIDIA’s EPP. With XMP, like EPP, a portion of the memory’s on-board SPD is used to store vital settings for the memory, which can be accesses and automatically configured when used with the right motherboard
